Continuous, respectful physical, emotional, and informational support during labor and delivery.
Honoring your birth preferences and empowering you every step of the way.
Immediate 1–2 hours of postpartum support right after birth to assist with the first feed and initial bonding.
Focused Postpartum Care (2 Weeks)
Visit Schedule: Immediate home check-ins at 24 hours and 72 hours after birth to check on healing and transition.
One final closure visit during week two to debrief your birth story and ensure you are settling in smoothly.

The Comprehensive Birth & Fourth Trimester Package

Our signature, full-spectrum package offering unparalleled, high-touch guidance through your entire pregnancy and the critical first six weeks postpartum.
Deep Prenatal Mentorship
Ongoing education to address all your curiosities and prepare your mind and body for parenthood.
Monthly check-ins until 26 weeks.
Bi-weekly visits until 36 weeks.
Weekly visits until your baby is born.
Labor & Delivery Support
Continuous, 24/7 on-call availability leading up to your due date.
Unwavering, respectful support throughout active labor and birth, protecting your birthing space.
Golden hour support immediately following delivery.
Structured Postpartum Care (6 Weeks)
Crucial, hands-on support during the critical early weeks to ensure a smooth, stable transition into parenthood.
Immediate check-ins at 24, 48, and 72 hours after birth.
Weekly one-hour home visits until your baby is 6 weeks old.
Bonus: Up to 2 extra visits dedicated strictly to lactation, pumping, or chest/bottle-feeding support as needed.

Prenatal Classes
$120 CAD per couple
Join us at the qathet Birth Collective for comprehensive, community-centered prenatal education. We believe that preparing for your baby shouldn't overwhelming — learning about birth and the postpartum period can (and should!) actually be a lot of fun.
Expert Facilitators: Our classes are co-facilitated by two experienced doulas alongside our dedicated social worker, Allison. This unique blend of expertise ensures you receive holistic support covering both the physiological side of birth and your emotional well-being.
Engaging & Joyful Curriculum: We cover everything you need to feel confident about labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery, all delivered in a relaxed, interactive, and upbeat environment. We take the fear out of the unknown and replace it with curiosity and laughter.
Community Connection: Beyond the education, these classes are a fantastic way to connect, share stories, and build your local support village with other growing families in the region before your baby even arrives.
Lactation Support
$650 CAD
Breastfeeding is important for feeding and bonding between mother and baby. At qathet Birth Collective, we know breastfeeding can be hard and offer support tailored to each mother’s needs. Whether it’s help with latching or milk supply, our experienced team is here to assist.
We also support other feeding methods, like bottle-feeding or using supplements, helping families choose what works best for them. Emotional support is key, and we provide a caring space for mothers to share their feelings.

Birthing Suite Rental
$800 CAD
In our ongoing commitment to expanding accessible options for safe home birth experiences within the community, we have made the decision to establish a dedicated birthing suite.
This suite is ideally positioned for clients who desire a home birth but may live outside the immediate city limits or require an alternative space that is not their personal residence.
The suite is strategically located less than one minute away from qathet General Hospital. This proximity offers a significant advantage, providing both your family and your medical provider with the confidence to utilize our birthing suite, ensuring a safe and fulfilling home birth experience with immediate access to hospital resources if necessary.
We are here to help you navigate this important chapter in your life, providing the necessary infrastructure and support.
