Wildflower Package -no two journeys are the same
$600 CAD
* Focus: A consistent weekly touchpoint for essential rest, light home support, and emotional well-being. Ideal for families who need a regular check-in and a dedicated block of time to recharge each week.
* Visit Duration: 1-3 hours per visit
* Frequency: 3 hours a week to use as needed for 6 consecutive weeks
* Total Hours: 3 hours/visit x 6 visits = 18 hours
* Total Investment: $600 (billed weekly at $100/week, or as a single upfront payment)
What's included (per 3-hour visit):
* Parental Respite: A dedicated block for you to nap, shower, or simply relax while we care for your baby.
* Nourishing Support: Preparation of a simple meal or snack for you, ensuring you are well-fed.
* Light Home Tidy: Tidying of common areas, kitchen cleanup (dishwasher loaded/unloaded).
* Laundry Love: One load of baby or parent laundry washed, dried, and folded.
* Emotional Connection: A safe space for you to share your experiences and feelings.
* Sibling Support: Consistent engagement with older siblings (if applicable) to provide dedicated attention and allow the primary parent to focus on the newborn.

Ocean Tide Package -support that adjusts to your needs
$2250 CAD
* Focus: Extensive, almost daily support for profound relief, allowing for deep rest, significant recovery, and a seamless transition into parenthood. Designed for families who desire maximum support during the critical early weeks.
* Visit Duration: 4 hours per visit
* Frequency: 3 visits per week for 6 consecutive weeks
* Total Hours: 4 hours/visit x 18 visits = 72 hours
* Total Investment: $2,250 (billed weekly at $375/week, or as a single upfront payment)
What's included (per three 4-hour visits per week):
* Everything in the "Fortnightly Flow" package, with additional hours and expanded services:
* Extended Parental Retreats: Ample time for prolonged rest, self-care routines, or even appointments.
* Comprehensive Meal Preparation: Cooking simple, healthy meals that can be portioned and stored for easy access throughout the week.
* Light Errands: Up to one short, local errand within Powell River per week (e.g., quick grocery pick-up, pharmacy run).
* Sibling Support: Consistent engagement with older siblings (if applicable) to provide dedicated attention and allow the primary parent to focus on the newborn.

* Focus: Regular, comprehensive support twice a week, providing more frequent hands-on help and consistent routine building. Perfect for families needing more substantial, ongoing relief and assistance.
* Visit Duration: 3 hours per visit
* Frequency: 2 visits per week for 6 consecutive weeks
* Total Hours: 3 hours/visit x 12 visits = 36 hours
* Total Investment: $1,200 (billed weekly at $200/week, or as a single upfront payment)
What's included (per two 3-hour visits per week):
* Everything in the "Weekly Reset" package, doubled per week.
* Enhanced Baby Care Guidance: More opportunities for hands-on guidance with soothing techniques, feeding observations, and diapering.
* Meal Prep Assistance: Deeper dives into meal preparation, such as chopping ingredients for multiple meals or preparing a larger dish to last a few days.
* Organized Spaces: Consistent support with light tidying and organizing in the nursery or main living areas.

Important Notes for All Six-Week Packages:
* Commitment: These packages represent a commitment to ongoing support over a six-week period.
* Flexibility: While structured, we maintain flexibility within the agreed-upon hours. Your needs can change daily, and we adapt to them.
* Initial Consultation: A complimentary initial consultation is required to ensure this package is the right fit for your family and to customize specific needs. Preferably this meeting takes place in your home.
* Scheduling: Visits are scheduled based on mutual availability during daytime hours (e.g., 9 AM - 5 PM).
* Payment: Payment options (weekly or upfront) will be discussed during the consultation.
* Non-Medical Support: Our services are non-medical, focusing on practical help, emotional support, and parental well-being.

Overnight Support
Starlight - 8 Hour Overnight Support
$400 CAD per night
This comprehensive package is designed for parents seeking a full night of uninterrupted sleep and dedicated support during the critical early postpartum weeks.
* Duration: 8 consecutive hours of overnight support (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
Included Services:
* Newborn Care: Responsive care for your baby throughout the night. Diaper changes, comforting, and soothing to promote healthy sleep. Swaddling assistance and safe sleep practices.
* Feeding Support:
Bringing baby to the breastfeeding parent for nursing sessions and assisting with latch/positioning as needed. Preparation and feeding of bottles (formula or pumped milk). Thorough cleaning and sterilization of bottles and pump parts.
* Parental Support: Ensuring the parent's sleep is maximized by handling baby's needs. Brief handover at the start and end of the shift to discuss the night and answer questions. Emotional support and quiet presence.
* Light Household Tasks: Tidying the nursery and common areas used for baby care. Washing any baby-related laundry (e.g., burp cloths, onesies). Loading/unloading dishwasher or washing bottles/pump parts.
* Communication: Detailed log of baby's nighttime activity (feedings, diaper changes, sleep).
Ideal for: Families needing extended overnight support to recover from birth, manage sleep deprivation, and establish a comfortable routine with their newborn.
This is about prioritizing parental rest and baby care, allowing parents to sleep while the doula handles most, if not all, overnight baby needs.
Common inclusions: Diaper changes, soothing, swaddling, comforting, and getting the baby back to sleep.
Feeding support: Bringing the baby to the parent for breastfeeding, assisting with latch and positioning, preparing and offering bottles (formula or pumped milk), washing and sterilizing bottles/pump parts.
Light household tasks: Tidying up the kitchen, washing dishes, light laundry (especially baby clothes or bedding).
Parental support: Briefly discussing the night's events, answering baby care questions, providing emotional support and a sense of calm.
Tracking: Keeping notes on baby's feedings, wet/dirty diapers, and sleep patterns.
Luna- 4 Hour Overnight Support
$200 CAD per night
This focused package is ideal for parents who need a shorter burst of dedicated support, perhaps to catch up on a few hours of uninterrupted sleep or for specific support needs during the middle of the night.
* Duration: 4 consecutive hours of overnight support (e.g., 12:00 AM - 4:00 AM, or other agreed-upon timeframe)
Included Services:
* Newborn Care: Responsive care for your baby during the contracted hours. Diaper changes, comforting, and soothing.
* Feeding Support: Bringing baby to the breastfeeding parent for nursing sessions. Preparation and feeding of bottles (formula or pumped milk) for up to two feedings during the 4-hour window. Basic cleaning of bottles/pump parts used during the shift.
* Parental Support: Focused on providing a designated block of sleep for the parent. Brief handover at the start and end of the shift.
* Communication: Summary of baby's activity during the 4-hour shift.
Ideal for: Families needing targeted support for a specific part of the night, occasional relief from sleep deprivation, or those looking to try out overnight doula services.
