Individual Counselling
- $165
Offered in-office or in-home within qathet BC or virtually within Ontario & BC
Life can feel overwhelming, and sometimes we need a safe, non-judgmental space to make sense of it all. In individual counselling, we work together at your pace to explore the thoughts, feelings, and patterns that are keeping you stuck and to build the clarity, resilience, and tools to move forward. Whether you are navigating a difficult season or seeking deeper self-understanding, you do not have to do it alone.
My approach to therapy is holistic and person-centered, drawing on somatic therapy, EMDR, and parts work. Rather than following a single framework, I integrate what's most relevant and supportive for you as an individual.
Pregnancy Choice Counselling
